⚠️HE HAS BEEN PLACED!⚠️

Bleu is a 2 year old, male Giant Schnauzer. He has been trained and prepared for service work, and he is now available for placement due to being unable to move forward with the home he was originally intended for.

Bleu was bred by Sweetwater Giant Schnauzers in Gainesville, Florida, and is truly an incredible dog. He has a laid back, goofy, affectionate personality and bonds deeply with his person while still remaining wonderfully neutral and well-mannered in public. He is excellent with other dogs and has done wonderfully around children. He is truly a gentle giant.

Bleu is trained in:
• Public access
• Basic & advanced obedience
• Medical alert (scent training)
• Deep pressure therapy
• Back block
• Leg elevation
• Brace/position change assistance
• Retrieval foundations

His scent-trained alerts were originally intended for cardiac alert work, though with our provided training kits and guidance, these foundations can be transitioned to a variety of medical alert needs depending on the handler.

This is an opportunity to receive a ready to work, well bred, young adult service dog without the typical multi-year waitlist typically involved in program placement.

Bleu is expected to be ready to transition home at the end of this month.

Because of his immediate readiness for placement, he is not available on payment plans.
