the Big South Fork National River & Recreation Area has reopened for vehicular traffic after being closed for the better part of two years."

"The bridge was originally constructed in 1914 as part of the Oneida & Western Railroad... [and] is one of the three remaining bridges on the railbed, which has been a county road for decades."..
Big South Fork NRRA borders our property here at BSF Airpark and covers over 125,000 majestic acres on the Cumberland Plateau.

What a great afternoon at our recent 11th annual Oyster Roast + Fly-In!

Nearly 100 neighbors, friends, and prospective property owners joined us for the kind of afternoon that makes Big South Fork Airpark what it is — good food, great company, and all things aviation.

Special thanks to our friends at The Shrimp Dock in Knoxville for the oysters, and to our caterers, AJ and Talon for another excellent meal.

P.S. Gus successfully defended his oyster eating champion title.
