If your breed is not listed, please contact me so that I may give you a price/description of services and/or add to list of services provided. EVERY client will be REQUIRED to provide rabies and bordetella immunization records and to sign a Consent and Release Form receiving
services. Our Consent and Release Form is general information about the pet if unforeseen circumstances should arise. If for any reason any unforeseen circumstance were to arise, please know a licensed veterinarian is on call at the expense of Signature Pet Spa. Furthermore, please be on time for your appointment, as our schedule is disrupted when a client is late. We would appreciate a courtesy call/text/Facebook message if your going to be late or unable to keep your appointment. We do give reminder calls/text the night before your appointment to help avoid this issue. Please ensure your dog has had time to relief itself prior to dropping off, as he/she WILL NOT be taken outside to do so after being placed in our care, as we are very close to a busy major highway. We WILL NOT RISK YOUR PETS SAFETY to do so. Please do NOT show up early for pick up. Once your pet is aware of your presence, is may not be possible to safely finish grooming him/her.
