Pony Up Rescue for Equines was organized to provide rescue and rehab services for horses in need! We have hung up our boots as of 7/1/26!

In retirement we will support other worthy equine charities in the PNW. You can now follow us as Pony Up Farm! DONATION INFORMATION:

As of 7/1/26 we hung up our boots for retirement! We cannot actively solicit donations as a 501C3 Organization. Please bear with us as we navigate retirement! We still have horses for adoption as the transition is completed!

I suspect I will have to order more gravel today.

The weather report says “trillions of gallons of rain” headed our way.

Trillions.
😳👀😞

What is this?

A wool cat toy.

Why?

It distracts naughty thoughts from young mouthy geldings while the farrier works.

That concludes my Ted talk.

Another busy day and this one includes RAIN!
We have vet appointments today…
A recheck on Diamond.
Dentals for Shammy, Steele and Tate (we told them to eat their Wheaties!)
A recheck on Molly …

Cleaning, feeding, a small fence repair..
Surveying for gravel.

As I am holding Shammy for the farrier, Tate comes walking out of his stall… with a knife in his mouth.
You can’t make this stuff up.
I’m guessing someone left the knife (for cutting baling twine) on the ledge next to his stall.
We got it away from him before he cut anyone or swallowed it. He traded for a candy wrapper.
😳😞☹️
