The sweet strawberry roan mustang is doing amazing! 🍓 She has been quiet, soft, and curious to work with. Even through a moment like this, she we just asking questions and trying different answers... she always tries! Video is up of this session 🎥

She was like a puppy dog following me the next day and decided to give up her attempt to pursue a career as a kite 🪁

Meet this 4yo White Mountain WY mustang mare! 🏔️

I’ll be working with her for the next week or so on those beginning sessions. She was adopted by a woman in Maine from the recent Texas adoption event. She’s starting to accept touch and being introduced to the halter!

I have some videos going up of her 💚 please check them out. I’m excited for her owner to be able to enjoy her and continue the training journey in the near future! I’m just trying to give her some good positive sessions before she makes another long haul.

She’s very pretty… curly strawberry roan 🍓

My friend is helping bringing sweetest middle aged pony back to good health 🥰 she’s getting good feed now, has seen the vet, dentist, and farrier and today just attended her first clinic! She was amazing with her liberty work ❤️

There’s just one problem… she doesn’t have a name yet! Let’s hear all of your suggestions so this kind mare can have a fresh start.

Wisconsin clinic photo spam 😬💚 I have so much fun at this location every year that I’ve gone! Thank you Jill for taking photos of the day… I’ll have to share more in the future. They’re beautiful, please scroll through and check them out

Look how awesome everyone was!

So lucky I have the chance to work with so many horses and humans… every clinic is a little different and there’s something new every time.

Tomorrow is Iowa, my first time teaching here. It’s a much more beautiful state than I originally gave it credit for 🌻

My first Mustang 🧡💚

I had just turned 15 when I got him. I had been around horses for about two years. Brazil was part of the Youth Mustang Challenge in Massachusetts! He was a random draw assigned to me in 2014. He was so sweet, I knew nothing, and he took such good care of me. I really didn’t know what a mustang was 😬😆 he was a kind introduction for me. Brazil now lives in Maine with a fantastic lovely family who have became good friends of mine!

Next time I see him I should try to replicate one of our old photos from when we were younger!

Eight clinics in and it’s off to a great start, I’m thankful for all the horses and humans I’ve gotten to work with so far. One thing I’m constantly reminded of every day is that every horse has something to teach you — if you’re willing to listen. No matter how many horses I work with, I’m always learning, adjusting, and growing.

That’s one of the best parts of doing clinics: helping others while continuing to learn myself. I’ve got some exciting clinics coming up and attached a few flyers with the details. If you’ve been wanting to learn or work through something with your horse, I’d love to have you join Lynx and I!

Hope to see you at one of the next stops ❤️

It’s so exciting to see them thriving with their owners and getting loved on! It feels special that I can visit with them still… so grateful!

Clinic season is back full force! 🙌

I left Wednesday to teach at Leatherwood in North Carolina on Thursday and had a lovely clinic of private sessions.

Working with red mares who have been sitting for awhile, first canters, working on the laydown cue, first ride on a new-to-them mustang, helping/understanding a horse through some herd bound anxiety, and working on c**t starting prep with a young mustang… all of these are things possible in private sessions, and it’s just getting started!

I can’t wait for the rest of the summer 🤩

I debated muting this but I was cracking up this whole session 😆

One of Zodiac’s last sessions was ponying work, I decided to see if he would canter too. Although it wasn’t within the frame of the camera, he was LAUNCHING into it and being so expressive and goofy. He was very soft and sticking right with Lynx and I, but we were having lots of fun 😄

I haven’t even been gone from Florida a week and I already miss the horses there 🌴💚
I love the friendly paddocks where all of the training horses come to you the second they hear the gate open and they’re ready to hangout. Alfie, Dante, and Tsarina in this one!
