🛑Self Service Board $120 per month
Includes use of all parts of facility, trailer parking, furnished tackroom, hay storage space, and once a day feeding of owner’s preset feed.
Full Board $600 includes turnout, tackroom, trailer parking, grain, hay, bedding, stalls cleaned, and use of all parts of facility.
Facility includes:
-Outdoor sand arena and roundpen with lights for riding at night.
-indoor pen for short turnout or riding
-indoor and outdoor washracks with hot water
-12x12 stalls
-cameras on all stalls for 24 hr monitoring
-fans and timer lights available
-separate pastures and turnouts
-trailer parking
Owner lives on property
