🎪 Hey friends — we’re still here! 🎪

It’s been a bit quiet around here after we shared that we were sick, and we just want to say thank you for the patience, kindness, and understanding you showed us while we took some much-needed time to recover and reset.

We truly hope you all had a peaceful Christmas and a restful New Year, surrounded by the people (and pups) you love most. Looking back, 2025 was an incredible year for us — full of amazing dogs, wonderful clients, and so many moments of connection, growth, and laughter! From in-home sessions to community events, vendor days, and meeting so many of you face-to-face, we had an absolute blast and feel incredibly lucky to do what we do.

As we step into 2026, we’re feeling hopeful and excited for what’s ahead — more learning, more growth, and more moments of calm, confidence, and understanding for dogs and their people. We’ll be sharing some memories from the past year below, and we can’t wait to make new ones with you!

If training has been on your mind, or if your goals this year include a more peaceful home or easier walks, we’d love to help.

Happy Holidays from Gus! 🎄✨

His place training is going strong, and it’s a perfect reminder of how important it is to give our dogs a calm, designated space during the holiday hustle. With family visiting, gifts opening, and extra excitement in the air, our dogs deserve a predictable spot where they can decompress and simply be.

Creating a safe “place” helps your pup relax, reduces overwhelm, and gives everyone—humans and dogs alike—a more peaceful holiday experience.

Share the gift of calm this winter with place training!

This sweet old man is Cedar, currently being fostered through Oak Ridge Animal Shelter. We spent the evening working with his foster mom to help manage a few behaviors and set him up for success in his foster home.

Together, we focused on leash skills, a walking routine, and preventative strategies to address challenges before they arise. We also left his foster with a free copy of our illustrated training guide to support their work with him.

We absolutely love partnering with people who open their hearts to dogs in need. Fostering isn’t always easy, but giving pups like Cedar the chance to decompress and experience life outside a shelter is priceless—and we have so much respect for those who step up to make it happen. ❤️🐾

🐾 Gus is back for another training update — look at this sweet boy! 🐾
We had such a great session with this sweet boy today, and the photos his mom got of him are absolutely adorable. 😍🍂

This week, we focused on leash skills outside and crate work inside — both designed to help Gus and his mom build confidence, reduce anxiety, and feel more secure whether they’re together or navigating some time apart.

Between neighborhood construction, other dogs, mail trucks, and general life chaos, outings can feel overwhelming for a sensitive pup. So we’re teaching Gus how to slow down, breathe, and check in with his mom — and teaching his mom how to guide him through unpredictable environments with calm, clear communication. 🧡

Inside, crate time is helping him practice settling his mind and relaxing when separated — giving both of them the tools they need to grow stronger and more confident as a team.

We’re so proud of these two. Watching them learn together is exactly why we love what we do. 🍁✨
