Bella’s transformation was more than just a haircut 🐾💛

When Bella was found on the streets, her fur was severely matted and causing significant discomfort. The matting was so extensive and painful that she required sedation in order to safely perform a medical grooming shave.

Large, tight mats were pulling on her skin, trapping dirt and moisture, and hiding painful skin infections underneath. After her grooming, Bella’s skin infections were treated so she could finally begin feeling comfortable again.

Now Bella has a fresh start and most importantly, relief ✨

Severe matting is more than cosmetic. It can lead to:
• Pain and skin irritation
• Skin infections and hot spots
• Restricted movement
• Hidden wounds beneath the fur

Regular grooming plays an important role in a pet’s overall health and comfort 🐶

A few weeks ago, we got to see these tiny little skeletons on X-rays… and now they’re finally here 💕🐾

Momma delivered 4 beautiful puppies and came in to show them off during their visit. Safe to say the entire team was obsessed 🥹

Watching these moments go from X-ray images to healthy puppies never gets old.

Did you know arthritis is one of the most common chronic conditions we see in pets? 🦴🐾

Many pets continue acting “normal” while silently dealing with joint pain and stiffness. Small changes at home like slowing down on walks, struggling to jump, or sleeping more, can sometimes be early signs of arthritis.

The sooner discomfort is recognized, the sooner we can help improve their quality of life 💙

If you think your pet may be showing signs of arthritis, our team is always happy to help guide you through the next steps.

We hear this all the time:
“If my dog got the Lyme vaccine… do they still need tick prevention?”

Short answer: yes.

🕷️ Tick prevention targets the tick itself, most products kill ticks after they attach and start feeding.

💉 The Lyme vaccine works differently, it helps your dog’s immune system fight the bacteria that causes Lyme disease.

They don’t replace each other, they work together.

🌿 Is the Lyme vaccine right for every dog?
It depends on their lifestyle. Dogs who:

* Spend time in forests, trails, or tall grass
* Go hiking or camping
* Live in or visit high-tick areas

…may benefit the most from added protection.

🛡️ Using both prevention + vaccination gives stronger protection in higher-risk situations.

Not sure what your pet needs? We’re happy to help guide you. 🐾

Lyme disease is more than just a tick bite, it’s a bacterial infection that can affect your dog’s joints, kidneys, and overall health.

Once an infected tick attaches and feeds for about 24–48 hours, it can transmit bacteria into your dog’s bloodstream. From there, it can spread silently before any signs appear.

That’s why many dogs seem “fine” at first, until symptoms show up weeks or even months later.

🛡️ Prevention is key:
✔️ Consistent tick prevention
✔️ Regular tick checks
✔️ Discussing vaccination for at-risk dogs

Ticks are small, and they’re easy to miss, but the impact of Lyme disease isn’t.

Protect your pet before it becomes a problem. 🐾

He thought it was a park day… but it turned into neuter day instead 🥲🐾
Don’t worry, once he’s healed, that park trip is definitely happening 💛
In the meantime, it’s all about rest, recovery, and extra love (both at home and from us) 🐶✨
