Hello Friends, fellow and future equestrians! Those of you who know me, know that I have been teaching and training out of Woodwind Farm for many, many years, and I don't plan on going anywhere. 🤷‍♂️ As my business grows it seems like the right time to to establish my own name and business.

I'm super excited to share "Insight Equestrian" with everyone. For those of you who don't know me allow me to introduce myself! Lindsey here, 🙋‍♀️, I've been teaching and training out of Woodwind Farm for about 15 years. I've brought horses along through 4th level (including some funky little breeds😄). I love teaching tricks, I put spanish walk and half steps on anything I can get my hands on. When I'm not in the saddle I'm at my other job where I work as a Occupational Therapy Assistant in a psychiatric hospital, teaching adolescents skills to manage depression and anxiety. So as you can probably guess, I'm patient...and one of the few people out there that really, really likes teenagers and mares🐉. My background in Occupational Therapy really helps me to teach different learning styles, my understanding of biomechanics can really help you with your seat, and if your the "nervous nellie" type, I can help with that too 😉. I love teaching all levels of riders and I do have some availability with the recent addition of another lesson horse! Message me for more details! And if you have a second like and share this page!

This weekend I took on (with the help of some amazing clients) the revamping of the tack room. Here is our progress so far!

Power washing, Pre stain, stain and poly urethane done on the walls.

Next up tackling that floor!

I took today off to rest and recharge after two 14 hour days in a row 😂

Our junior riders have been enjoying our Wednesday evening “Saddle Club”. These kids have been working hard to improve their horsemanship skills learning everything from cleaning stalls, braiding, horse colors and breeds!

Lorelei and Jaden took on CRDA this past weekend and finished out a great summer. Both girls rode beautifully and tactfully! They also exemplified everything we teach at WWF and supported each other every step of the way. Good job Girls! Congratulations 🎉🎈🍾

Woodwind Farm is looking for experienced horse barn help. We are a small dressage co-op in Hope, RI. Schedule flexible. Light barn chores such as turn out, feeding, and 1-2 stalls.
