While lilies are beautiful and popular in the spring, they are extremely toxic to cats. Every part of the plant is toxic from chewing on a petal to inhaling the pollen. Please do not keep lilies or any other toxic plants in your house if you have pets!

Please make sure your pets are up to date on their heartworm prevention! Mosquitos are always around, even finding their way indoors. Mosquitos carry heartworms, which are fatal to pets if left untreated. Heartworm treatment is tough on an animal’s body and also expensive. A monthly heartworm tablet/chew is all you need to keep your pets safe!

Make sure the product you use is the appropriate weight size, not expired, and that it’s actually a heartworm prevention and not a dewormer. (Heartworm preventatives do have dewormers in them, so it can be confusing finding the correct product).
