Every transformation tells a story, one of trust, comfort, and care. I want to continue to share a little reminder of why I’m so passionate doing what I do, helping pets feel safe, loved, and confident through gentle, purposeful grooming! At Barks and Bubbles 🫧, grooming offers more than a cute style, it’s a fresh start!
Meet Banks 🐶
If he looks familiar, you’re not imagining it haha! Banks is basically Sparky’s (you can find her groom here!) long-lost twin! And just like her, he proved to be the sweetest gentle giant throughout his groom.
This was not only Banks’ first appointment with me, but his very first professional grooming experience overall. While he was definitely nervous at times, one of the most important parts of working with larger breeds is slowing things down, building trust, and allowing them the time they need to feel safe and successful. Because Barks & Bubbles is a one-on-one salon experience, I’m able to give pups like Banks my full attention and guide them through each step at their own pace without the added stress of a busy salon environment. My goal for first-time grooms is never perfection overnight, it’s creating a positive foundation we can continue building from with every visit! Seeing nervous pups leave feeling lighter, fresher, and more confident, while their pet parents get to see them shine in a whole new way, will always be one of my favorite parts of this job 💖
