All strays are held for three business days before going up for adoption. Not all animals may be available when their photo is posted. Mint Festival Pet Parade 2025
Saturday, June 14th
Registration at 3:00 p.m.
Parade at 4:00 p.m.
Registration will be held at the Grassy Lot North of the Library
🐾Trophies awarded for the following categories:
Biggest, Best Trick, Cutest, Most Unusual, Smallest, Best Costume plus a Grand Champion Overall.
🐾The parade route is as follows:
We will leave the NJ Library Parking area and proceed right onto Keller Ave. We will turn right onto Main Street and then turn right to Norwayne Field, ending back at our starting point at the library.
🐶 Judging will take place at the grassy lot north of the library.
🐱🐴🐶🐔🐮🐸🐭🐷🐦🐢🐐🐍🫏
All friendly animals are welcome to participate! So get your pet friend ready to impress the crowd and join us in this fun event!

🚨There was an error in the Mint Festival Green Flyer stating the start time is 11 am. Registration is at 3 pm and the Parade starts at 4 pm 🚨

We want to extend a HUGE thank you to the Power Tour, Street Freaks Starke County, Indiana, local participants and attendees of the Tour and Car Show! They were able to raise $862.00 to benefit our homeless animals! We are so grateful for the support and met so many wonderful people. Thanks especially to the amazing folks at Street Freaks for hosting such a fun event and for being so thoughtful to include us!
