We are reaching out today with heavy hearts. As many of you know, we recently experienced the heartbreaking loss of a pet who was in our care. There are truly no words to fully capture the sorrow we feel. We are devastated, and our deepest, most sincere condolences go out to the family during this incredibly painful time.
As pet owners and animal lovers ourselves, we understand that your pets are family. The bond you share with them is sacred, and we take the responsibility of caring for them to heart every single day. We know that this news is deeply upsetting, and we share in the sadness that many of you are feeling. In times of loss, the collective heartbreak of our pet-loving community is felt by us all. This loss has affected our entire team profoundly.

Our safety protocols are followed at every stage of the grooming process, as a core principle of professional pet care. By doing so, we protect the well being of the animals in our care, but also the safety of our trusted team members.
While we strive for excellence in everything we do. When dealing with live animals, behaviors can become unpredictable when not in their normal environment. With nearly 40 years of pet care experience, the owner of our salon has taken on the responsibility for providing the grooming services for special needs pets such as other salon rejected pets and geriatric pets alike. We have taken this time to reflect, support one another, and reaffirm our promise to you and your furry family members.
