This week's Bergholz Farm Market is cancelled, so we have lots of microgreens for sale. If you want any, instant message me and we'll arrange delivery.

We currently have 2 oz containers of the following for sale:

(8) Sunflower Shoots
(6) Broccoli
(3) Rambo Radish
(4) Spicy Salad Mix
(2) Basic Salad Mix

Salad mixes are $9 each or 2 for $15.

Radish, Broccoli and Sunflower shoots are $7 each or 2 for $11.

Due to the extreme heat at the Bergholz Farm Market last night, there were very few customers. As a result, we have lots of microgreen left to sell. Another microgreen salad today, I really feel like these are helping me feel GOOD and more energetic during the day. I've had way more energy the last few days. I'm not riding myself crashing in the afternoon, either. This is EXACTLY why I got into them in the first place.

I can't say if this is right for everyone, or if this will last, but why shouldn't it? They're non-GMO, nutrient-dense, delicious, low calorie (as long as you use a homemade healthy dressing) and inexpensive compared to the cost and nutritional value of regular vegetables.
