Our Story

Magnolia Blossom Ranch (MBR) is owned and operated by Terri and Kerry Bates. A trip to the alpaca farm gives you the opportunity to tour the farm and feel one of the world’s finest and most luxurious natural fibers. Alpaca fleece, referred to as “The Fiber of the Gods”, is softer than cashmere, warmer and lighter than wool, and naturally hypoallergenic. Pack a picnic lunch, tour the farm, shop for alpaca fiber products, and interact with the alpacas to top off a fun day at the farm with the whole family. Learn about raising and breeding alpacas which are classified as livestock by the U.S. government. MBR also has other farm animals and fur babies who love attention. Call to schedule a field trip or touring event and follow our many farm & off-farm events on this page.
