🌸 Happy Mother’s Day from The Golden Kirbys 🌸

This Mother’s Day feels especially meaningful as we watch Madi with her puppies now at almost 3 months old.

Over these past months, we’ve watched them grow from tiny sleepy newborns into playful, affectionate little personalities — each one becoming more unique by the day. Through it all, Madi has loved them with such gentleness, patience, and quiet devotion.

Watching her care for them has been a beautiful reminder that some of the strongest love in the world is often the softest.

The Golden Kirbys began from a deeply personal place — a hope to raise calm, family-centered Golden Retrievers with strong human connection and thoughtful foundations. Dogs who could grow into beloved family members, steady emotional support companions, therapy prospects, or even service dog candidates for the people who need them most.

And through it all, motherhood has been at the center of this journey.

The late nights.
The nurturing.
The watchful care.
The quiet sacrifices.
The deep instinct to love and protect.

Two puppies have already joined wonderful homes, and we are still thoughtfully searching for the right families for several of their siblings. At this age, their temperaments are truly beginning to shine, and it has been such a gift getting to know them more deeply.

Everyone needs a “buddy”… and this is him 🖤

Mr. Black is one of those dogs that just fits into your life. He loves people, is always one of the first to greet you, and wants to be right in the middle of whatever is going on.

Zach calls him his buddy, and that really says it all. He’s confident, affectionate, and just easy to love.

He enjoys playing, being with his people, and then settling in right next to you at the end of the day.

Raised right in our home with kids and everyday life.
Mom and dad are both on site.

Mr. Orange is the kind of pup that keeps everyone laughing 🤍

He LOVES his toys… but give him a stick and a kid to play with and he’s in his absolute happy place. He’s always ready for a game of chase, but never strays far — he makes sure his people are part of the fun.

He’s one of the smaller pups in the litter and looks so much like his mama 🧡

Raised right here in our home with our kids, he’s used to all the everyday love, chaos, and snuggles that come with family life.

Mom and dad are both on site.

Happy (a little late) Easter from our crew 🐣💛

We had every intention of doing a sweet, calm photo shoot…
but Mr. Black and Mr. Orange had other plans 😂

Mr. Orange decided he was in charge of the egg hunt—
snatching eggs, grabbing the basket, and living his absolute best life…
occasionally looking back just to see if the kids were chasing him 😅

Meanwhile, Mr. Black was perfectly content being held,
taking it all in, calm and sweet as ever—
just happy to be right in the middle of it all 💛

Two very different personalities…
both equally special in their own way.

And honestly, this is what I love most about raising them—
getting to watch who they are unfold right in front of us.

Both boys are still looking for their families,

She doesn’t just snuggle… she melts 💜

Purple (“Queso”) is the kind of puppy who wraps you in comfort and makes everything feel okay again.

We started calling her Queso because she melts into you—and honestly, queso is one of our family’s favorite things, so the name just fit this super sweet girl perfectly 💛

She doesn’t need to be the loudest or the wildest…

She just wants to be close.

To sit with you.
To be held.
To stay right there as long as you’ll let her.

Every night, I go get her before bed just to hold her for a minute… and you can literally feel the stress melt away.

If you’re looking for a heart dog… the kind that just feels different…

She might be yours.

We’ve truly loved having this extra time to watch her grow and become who she is — and now we’re so excited to find the perfect family for her (Although there will be a lot of tears!)🤍

Violets are blue…
We have golden puppies…

These little Valentines are almost 6 weeks old and completely stealing hearts over here.

They’re:
• eating like champs
• learning to sit, wait, and potty train
• rocking their new collars

We’ve been a little quiet over here 🤍

Last week, Madi welcomed a beautiful litter of 10 puppies — 7 girls and 3 boys.

Momma and all ten pups are healthy, strong, and thriving. These first days have been all about rest, bonding, and care, and we’re so grateful to finally share a glimpse with you.
