We might have grown too many lilies!😁 these hybrids are bred for production,they all bloom at once,which is great for big growers but not so much for us little guys. These guys all opened this morning and are going to the Fredonia farm store for a half price flash sale! Red ,pink and yellow available.

Lily season is happening! Most of these first plantings are LA hybrids,they grow fast and come in many colors and don’t have a scent. We also have some big white orientals that turned out perfectly. Sounds like a beautiful day in store for tomorrow’s farm market,we also have lily bunches at the Fredonia farm store. As always,thanks for supporting local !

We have one little girl puppy that doesn’t compete for food as well as the rest,she’s much smaller so she gets some exclusive feeding time and does her best!

Happy Monday morning! I saw a post from our friends at Birdhaven farm this morning describing types of headaches, and the biggest one was trying to put together their produce subscription bags this time of year 😆 As growers, we are in that space between spring and summer flowers, and there is a huge difference. So many things happen in the spring that don't happen during the rest of the year, and that's all over now, and summer flowers and produce are just starting to happen. Meanwhile Charms puppies are just starting to be mobile,can’t wait to see who they will become!

It’s day 12 for the puppies and the easy part is coming to an end,it’s been nothing but eating and sleeping till now but things are starting to happen. Their eyes should be opening anytime and they are starting to walk around instead of just sleeping. It’s truly amazing to watch. The outdoor pen will have to be totally secure this yr,a friend on Chestnut Hill just down the road was showing me pics of the bobcat that has been hanging around! Thanks so much to everyone who came out to the Granville market Saturday Everyone was there!! Every vendor was happy,it was a glorious day after four weekends of rain.
