A Friendly Reminder About No-Show Appointments

We wanted to take a moment to kindly remind everyone about our policy regarding missed grooming appointments.

We understand that things come up and sometimes schedules change. If you’re unable to make your appointment, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible. We are always happy to work with you to reschedule when we have advance notice.

Our grooming appointments are scheduled carefully so that each groomer has a full schedule. A no-show not only leaves an unexpected opening in the schedule, but can also directly affect the income of our staff. With enough notice, we often have the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.

We send reminder texts the day before each appointment to help everyone keep track of their scheduled time. If you receive your reminder and realize you won’t be able to make it, please reach out and let us know.

For clients who have recurring appointments, please keep in mind that a no-show will result in the remaining recurring appointments being removed from the schedule. You are always welcome to contact us afterward, and we’ll be happy to help schedule your next appointment.

We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration. We value each of our clients and are grateful for your continued support of our grooming team. 🐾

When we started The Grooming Shop, it was never part of some grand business plan.

As some of you know a few years ago, we built a simple 750-square-foot metal building on our property with the goal of creating a place where we could care for dogs the way we believed they should be cared for. We honestly never imagined it would grow into what it has become.

Because of your trust, your referrals, and your support, we've completely outgrown that little shop.

Our new building is being designed with one goal in mind: to give your pets an even better experience. From improved grooming spaces and equipment to a more comfortable environment for both pets and our team, every decision has been made with quality and care at the forefront.
None of this would be possible without each of you. Whether you've been with us since the beginning or just recently began trusting us with your furry family member, thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and kind words have allowed a small dream to grow into something we never expected.
We're incredibly grateful and can't wait to welcome you into our new home when it's complete. We still have work ahead of us, but we wanted to let you know how thankful we are for helping make this dream a reality. Thank you for loving us through the chaos.
