We operate a non-profit organization, The Toby Project, whose objective is to solve New York City's pet overpopulation problem which claims the lives of approximately 45,000 dogs and cats each year in our City's shelter system.

Dumpling had his appointment with Dr. Leet-Otley and got some extra lovin’ from Vet Nurse, Janaine 💕 This very cute rescue kitty had a right hind limb amputation done due to trauma and infection to his leg from a young age. He has recovered beautifully from his surgery and has no trouble getting around on three legs!
