A Better Day Counseling and Farms, offers equine assisted activities and mental health counseling in Northern Maine's Aroostook County. Our New Sweden farm is home to twelve rescued equines that make up our treatment team. We have a combination of horses, donkeys and mules that we work alongside during activities. We offer several programs including:

📣 Just in......we will have a very special guest EMU joining us on Sunday!

"Baby E" from MTD Feather and Fiber Farm in Ashland, will be visiting with farm visitors. You will get the opportunity to interact with her, talk with her caretakers and learn all about emus.

MTD Feather and Fiber Farm will also have a unique selection of eggs including: button quail, regular quail, turkey, silkie and silkie frizzle eggs.

Donkeys, horses, mules, emus and of course everyone's favorite turkey, Rebecca! I can't think of a better way to spend a Sunday.
