Hello ! Just wanted to let everyone know that moving forward we will be collecting credit cards on file for all new clients to hold appointments. Unfortunately, we have had too many no shows and cancellations within the 48 hour notice we require. We hate to have to do this but our groomers are commision based and count on you guys! Thank you for understanding , we do truly appreciate our clients and it’s unfortunate we have to do this !

I would just like to let all my clients know that I am going through some very rough health issues with my mom right now so I am asking for patience during this time as I will not be as prompt on responding back to calls and text messages because I will be out of the shop to spend as much time as I can with her ! I do have an amazing groomer taking over the work load so if you have an appointment coming up and we do not reach out to reschedule you do not have to worry about that !
