🐕Why Does Pet Grooming Take So Long?🐕

One of our most asked questions at drop off is, “How long do you think it will be?” As we would love to be able to give you an exact time frame, there are many reasons as to why we can not give a specific end time so we thought we would share them with you!!

Some appointments may move faster than others but another day that you are booked with us, it may be the total opposite. We will always do our best to get your pet back to you as fast as possible:)

We hope that all of our clients understand that some days are more hectic than others and we will always appreciate everyone’s patience with us as our day to day schedules vary greatly.

‼️IMPORTANT INFO FOR ALL OF OUR CLIENTS‼️

We just wanted to take a minute to remind our clients of our rules with booking and vaccines. In order for us to groom your dog/cat, we must have proof of up to date rabies as it is a Wisconsin state law. This means that if you do not have your pet up to date on their rabies vaccine, we will not be able to groom them until that is changed. We do not need proof of any other vaccine besides rabies as that is the only one required for us by the state of Wisconsin.

With that being said, we ask that if you are a new client, you either can send us the paperwork through text or email or bring it in on the day of your appointment. However if you have been a client of our in the past, we will let you know prior to your appointment if we need updated paperwork.

‼️ATTENTION CLIENTS‼️

Lately we have been having troubles with our phone not notifying us of voicemails until numerous days after they have been left. If you are trying to call us to book an appointment and have not heard anything from us within 48 hours after leaving a voicemail, please try again or send us a text message! We do our best to get back to clients ASAP but that’s not always easy with full schedules. We appreciate all of you and your patience and are trying to get this resolved as soon as we can!!
