💛 A Little Appointment Reminder 💛
I completely understand how hectic life can get, especially with school starting back up! Lately, however, I’ve been averaging 2–3 no-shows every day, and it has had a significant impact on my income.
I do my best to remind everyone of their appointment the day before, but if something comes up and you’re unable to make it, please be considerate and let me know as soon as possible. This gives me the opportunity to fill your appointment with another furry client. 🐾
I do have a $20 no-show fee. I know this has upset some customers in the past, and I truly apologize that it’s necessary. I don’t earn an hourly wage—I only get paid for each individual pet I groom, so missed appointments directly affect my ability to make a living.
I’ve also been allowing a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. Unfortunately, I can’t extend that any further because it puts me behind for the rest of the day and can cause the next appointments to run late as well.
That being said… I absolutely LOVE my clients who are on time (or even a little early)! 🥰
Thank you, as always, for your continued support, understanding, and trust in me to care for your furbabies. It truly means more than you know! ❤️🐶🐱
