We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours' notice whenever possible.

Our time is valuable, just as yours is. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that could have been offered to other clients and directly impact our small business.

24–48 hours' notice: No fee.
Less than 24 hours' notice: A cancellation fee may apply.
No-show appointments: A no-show fee will be charged and may be required before booking future appointments.
