We want to send a big THANK YOU for her many years of work to our Operations Manager Savanah as she moves on to other life callings in July!
If you’ve ever met Savanah, you know she’s one of kind. She's been part of the ranch since the very beginning. Her horse knowledge, energy, and ability to organize and get things done is amazing. The many improvements Savanah has implemented have set us up well for the future, and we are thankful for her willingness over years to use her God-given gifts at the ranch.
The RYYR board has decided to divide the current Operations Manager role into two positions: Herd Manager & Facilities Manager.
We are praising God for His timing in providing Rosemaree Sullivan for the Herd Manager position starting in May! Rose has been a volunteer at RYYR for nearly 7 years as a mentor, barn chore volunteer and lead feeder. She also found herself training chore volunteers, helping with injured horses and vet visits, and owning a horse leased to the ranch for our youth programs. Her experience, faithfulness to God's leading, and diligence in continuing to learn how to best care for our herd are a blessing.
RYYR is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Manager (grounds maintenance, pick up feed, hay, sawdust, haul horses, etc.) If you know anyone interested in this position, please have them contact Micheline (724-713-1653 or [email protected]).
Prayers for this season of transition are much appreciated. We are thankful for our Heavenly Father sustaining and guiding the many hands that keep the ranch running, ready to share the hope we have in Jesus!
