🐾 Important Scheduling Update 🐾

To our amazing clients,

As Groovy Grooming continues to grow, we’re committed to providing the best possible care and service for every pet that comes through our doors. We have done our best to fit in new clients quickly & effectively. Unfortunately, over the last two months, we’ve experienced a significant increase in no-call/no-show appointments and same-day cancellations from new clients.

When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside specifically for your pet. Last-minute cancellations and missed appointments leave time that is often impossible to fill, resulting in lost income for our small business and fewer appointment opportunities for other clients who may be waiting for a spot.

To help protect our schedule and continue providing quality service, all new clients will be required to place a non-refundable deposit when booking their appointment. This deposit will be applied directly toward the total cost of the groom at checkout.

For our current new clients who have already booked appointments and are scheduled:
✨ Your deposit requirement will be waived.
✨ However, if a scheduled appointment is missed without a 48 hour notice, 50% of the missed appointment fee must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled.
✨ A 50% deposit for the rescheduled appointment will also be required to rebook.

We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen, and we always strive to be fair and compassionate when those circumstances arise. This policy is simply being implemented to help reduce the growing number of missed appointments and to ensure we can continue serving our clients and their pets effectively.
