Owning a small business has taught me a lot, but the biggest thing, expect the unexpected🥲

Unfortunately we’ve ran into a few issues with renovations (materials and equipment taking longer to ship due to the holidays) and we may have to delay opening until the 13th or 14th.

I am currently working on a solution to be able to groom at a different location while the shop is being updated. I will have a solution by today and be reaching out to my clients with appointments this week with updated plans. I know this may cause major inconveniences for you guys, and I sincerely apologize. If anyone with an appointment would be interested in switching to an at-home appointment, I’d also be okay with offering that during this down time!

2026 is bringing…….

✨NEW PACKAGE UPGRADES✨

We are happy to introduce Hydra Packages to Groovy Grooming!

We tried out a few of Hydras products in 2025 and absolutely LOVED them. So of course I had to add them to our shop. Hydra is an extremely high quality line of dog grooming products. We will have a few different packages to choose from. Including a Detox Purifying Mud Mask (YES MUD MASK) for maximum coat health/growth, balancing oily skin, and removing dirt!

This holiday season has been wonderfully overwhelming, with a lot of family and business responsibilities. Thanks for bearing with me.

I hope to have everyone responded to by tomorrow. I am completely booked for the rest of 2025, we can’t wait to see what 2026 holds 🫶🏼

Just remember if roads are too bad don’t risk the safety of yourself & pet! STAY SAFE! I did get out this morning into town, 52 is clear but a little slick. Zoe did say the back roads are white& covered! 🫶🏼🐶

Clients, please be safe making your way to your appointments today. There have been several wrecks on the main highways. If you start to venture out and don’t feel comfortable driving in these conditions call me & we will reschedule wherever we can. I’d rather be safe than sorry ALWAYS! 🫶🏼🐶💖

Hi Guys!!!🐶

As 2026 approaches, I wanted to give you guys a heads up, as scheduling will look a little different in 2026. I will be going solo Monday-Wednesday. This means I’m going to be scheduling 2 hour appointments per dog. This will ensure that I don’t get too overwhelmed and over book myself on those days. Unfortunately that means that I won’t be able to do as many dogs on those days. However, I am very excited to be able to do 1-on-1 appointments these days for your pets. More difficult dogs, or dogs with reactivity issues will have to be on Thursdays when I have extra hands in-shop to ensure the safety of your pets & myself. Heavier dogs i cannot lift myself will also have to be on days i have help. I am hoping to get a hydraulic tub come 2026 so this wont be an issue 🫶🏼☺️

No shows will still require 50% payment of the missed appointment. Unfortunately, if you no-show or cancel same-day and do not have multiple appointments booked out, I will have to put you on a cancellation list. Our schedule is extremely tight and will become tighter as 2026 rolls in. Please make sure you’re booking multiple appointments before you leave to ensure that your dog is on the schedule so you won’t have to wait🫶🏼

I am hopeful that once we get Miss Zoe fully trained that we will be able to take more dogs on the days she’s with us so we can start putting more dogs on. I will keep everyone updated as to when Zoe is able to start taking dogs.

2026 is going to be a great year and we can’t wait to see you guys!
