💚 A FRIENDLY REMINDER FROM GROOVY GROOMING! 🐾

Hey everyone! We just wanted to share a gentle reminder about our no-show and same-day cancellation policy. ✂️🐶

Over the past 4 weeks, we’ve had over 25 no-shows and same-day cancellations. We completely understand that life happens, plans change, and unexpected things come up! 💚

However, when an appointment is missed or cancelled within the 24 hour window, it can be difficult to fill that spot with another pup who needs grooming. Our groomers set aside that time especially for your furry family members, and we want to make sure their time and hard work are respected, too. As a commission based career, our groomers can only make money if they have dogs on the table🐩✨

As a reminder, our policy is:

🐾 First Time: A fee of 50% of the missed appointment cost.

🐾 Second Time and any additional occurrences: A fee of 100% of the scheduled groom cost.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client who may be waiting for a spot!

We truly appreciate each and every one of you who supports our small business and trusts us with your beloved pups. Our goal is simply to keep things fair for our groomers while continuing to provide the quality care and grooming your pets deserve. 💚

Thank you so much for your understanding, cooperation, and continued support! We appreciate you all more than you know. 🐾💚

With love,
Your Groovy Grooming Team 🐶✂️
