🐾 Important Update for our Clients🐾

To better serve all of our clients and patients, we will be implementing a small walk-in fee beginning May 1st, 2026.

🐈 Walk-ins will still be welcome! 🐈‍⬛

However, due to the added time and staffing adjustments required to accommodate unscheduled visits, the following fees will apply:

💰$50 Walk-In Fee for sick visits
💰$20 Walk-In Fee for routine services (vaccines, nail trims, etc.)

☎️Scheduling an appointment will always be the best way to avoid additional fees and help us keep wait times shorter for everyone!

We will be CLOSED this coming Friday, April 3rd in observance of Good Friday and the Easter weekend! We will resume our regular business hours on Monday, April 6th (8am-5pm).

❗️Please message us on the Otto app or give us call before hand if you are needing refills on regular medications, anxiety medications or prescription diets — so we can have them ready for pickup when you arrive.

It’s that time of year again!! Bring your furry friends for our annual pet photos with Santa! All of the donations from this year’s photos will go to Josh and Maya Jean Brown — a loving family who has experienced grief and loss but are on their journey to grow their family through adoption. 🎄

Your holiday photos will not only bring joy to your home, but it will also help bring a child to theirs. Bring your pets, smiles, holiday spirit, and join us for this special event. 💖
