We are so happy to share that Swaggy has officially been discharged from the hospital! 🥹🐾

We want to take a moment to give a HUGE thank you to his amazing foster mom for opening her home and giving Swaggy the love, patience, and care he needs. ❤️

And, of course, thank you to everyone who donated toward Swaggy’s medical care. Every donation, share, and kind message truly makes a difference. 🙏

Swaggy still has some healing ahead of him, but he is safe and surrounded by love. 🩷

We have an urgent transport needed for Timmy, a friendly white male cat! Halfway Home Rescue (HHR) is willing to intake him, but we need help getting him there safely.

📍 Pickup: East Hartford, CT

📍 Drop-off: Woodbridge, CT

⏰ Arrival Window: Tomorrow Saturday, 8/29/26 between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

🚙 Distance: ~40 miles (approx. 45–50 minute drive)

‼️Friendly Injured White Male Cat – Emergency Rescue Needed ASAP‼️

Location: East Hartford, CT

Cat Name: Timmy💕

Timmy is a friendly white male community cat who feeds regularly (2–3 times daily) and allows handling. He has sustained a noticeable, painful injury to both rear legs—with a potential fracture or dislocation—though he is still able to bear weight and limp. Additionally, his whiskers were recently cut very short, raising strong concerns of neighborhood cruelty. Timmy is currently outdoors at an apartment complex, where he is also being picked on and attacked by other neighborhood cats.

ACO was contacted but reported they have no open cages and can only accept him for euthanasia. The feeder can likely get Timmy directly into a carrier without needing a trap.

Our rescue is currently closed to intakes due to heavy TNR and ongoing medical cases, so we are seeking immediate rescue with emergent veterinary help along with pledges to get this boy to safety.

The advocate stated that they brought this one kitten in the house – but left the other three kittens outside under a tarp while they are seeking help.
