As a dog groomer and someone who genuinely loves animals, I am deeply disturbed and heartbroken after seeing this video of a bather mistreating two innocent dogs during grooming.

Let me be clear—this job is not for everyone. Grooming is not just about making pets look good. It’s about compassion, patience, trust, and care. Every dog that walks through our doors is treated like family. I always say, you can’t fake love for animals—it shows.

At Happy Tails, your pet’s comfort and safety will always come first. I take pride in what I do because I care deeply, and I know my clients trust me with their furry family members. That trust is sacred.

To anyone out there who chooses this profession without the heart for it—please find something else to do. Our pets deserve kindness, not cruelty.
