Causes of this Resentment…

Financial Pressures:
Undercharging: Newer groomers or those in competitive markets may charge very low prices, which can force experienced groomers to lower their own prices to compete, devaluing their skills and experience.
High Operating Costs: The costs of salaries, utilities, supplies, marketing, and insurance can be significant, making it challenging to turn a profit

Unrealistic Expectations: Clients sometimes expect perfect grooms that are impossible to achieve, or compare your work unfavorably to previous groomers, leading to complaints and dissatisfaction.
Lack of Client Education: Groomers often feel they lack the business education needed to properly inform clients about coat care, establish necessary boundaries, or effectively communicate their value.

How it Manifests
Experienced groomers may feel their expertise is not valued, leading to burnout and a feeling of being overworked.
Frustration arises from having to constantly defend their work and price to clients or other businesses.

🚨 🚨 I have bills to pay at home and bills to pay to keep my business running.
