Some sunsets hit a little deeper than others. 🇺🇸

Tonight’s view from the roping box is a reminder that freedom isn’t free.
We’re grateful for the men and women who sacrificed, served, and fought so we can live this life we love — from wide open pastures to quiet evenings under a western sky.

And especially proud of our own veteran, Chad. ❤️

This Memorial Day weekend, we remember the heroes who never made it home, honor those who served, and hold close the freedoms they protected.

God bless our military, our veterans, and the families who stand beside them.

There’s something about horses that gets into your bones before you even understand why.

Me and Gadot “G” side by side in this photo says a lot without words—because horses don’t just become part of your life, they become part of your story.

I’ve loved horses for as long as I can remember. From little toy ponies lined up in childhood play to real, breathing horses standing in front of me today, they’ve always had my heart. Somewhere along the way, that love turned into something deeper—something grounding.

Horses have a way of reaching the quiet places inside us. They don’t just fill space; they settle storms. They bring peace when life feels loud, and they remind us to slow down, breathe, and just be present.

What a gift from God horses truly are.

They are therapeutic without trying to be. Inspirational without saying a word. And they have this incredible way of calming the soul just by being near them.

Every little girl or little boy who dreams of being a cowboy or cowgirl deserves that feeling—of connection, freedom, and calm that only a horse can give.

Because once a horse touches your heart… it never really leaves.

So I’ve got to ask you—

Foaling season has to be one of the most exciting times of the year around here 🤎

The late nights, early mornings, sleepy baby stretches, proud mamas, and watching those little personalities come to life never gets old. There’s just something special about seeing a brand new foal hit the ground and figuring out the world one step at a time.

We could honestly sit and watch them all day 😍

Sunny afternoons, good horses, ranch dogs, and time spent doing what we love together 🤎

From bringing the horses in from pasture, saddling up, checking steers, riding, and making sure baby Elsa got her fly spray for the day… it’s the simple moments like these that end up meaning the most.

Life gets busy, and not everyone gets the chance to slow down and enjoy days like this with the people they love. We’re pretty thankful for it.

Azara — Third ride in the Perfect Bit (split bit setup).

She’s transitioning from a halter and side pull foundation into light bit work, and so far she’s showing really nice understanding and softness. Responsive without being rushed.

We keep everything intentional in her training. No forcing, no shortcuts — just steady repetition and clear communication so she can figure things out with confidence.

Every ride is about building trust first, refinement second. That’s the priority with her.

Slow hands. Clear pressure. Release when she tries. Let the horse stay in the thinking process.

She’s starting to understand this new feel, and we’re just going to keep it simple and consistent from here.
