Meet Flame, the life of the paw-ty AND the unofficial CEO of Snacks, Inc. 🔥

This 5-year-old pit mix is the perfect combo of goofy, sweet, and mildly dramatic—just the way we like ’em.

Flame is basically that one friend who:
✨ Always says “Let’s go!” even when he doesn’t know where you’re going
✨ Lives for car rides like they’re spiritual experiences
✨ Thinks every drive-thru worker is personally his best friend
✨ Believes snacks are a personality trait (he’s not wrong)

Water? Oh, he LOVES water.
Splashing, stomping, sticking his whole face in it… he’s a full-blown aquatic menace.
Treats? He’ll do anything for them—sit, shake, probably your taxes if you asked nicely.

He’s dog-friendly, but listen… he’s selective. Flame doesn’t just hang with any dog. He prefers friends with good vibes, decent manners, and ideally someone who won’t judge him for barking at his own reflection that one time. So he must meet his new four-legged siblings first!
People, though? If you have opposable thumbs and hand out snacks, congratulations—you’re his new favorite.

Loud, chaotic places?

We hear these a lot—so let’s clear the air about our adoption process!

🚗 “I want to adopt but I live too far away.”
Yes we are based in Louisiana BUT…No worries, we adopt across the entire U.S. Once your application is approved, we’ll work with you on home checks and even transport our dogs to you. West Coast, Midwest, East Coast, or local—we’ve done it all!

🐱 “You don’t adopt to houses with cats or small dogs.”
We absolutely DO, when it’s the right fit!
If you fall in love with a dog who wouldn’t be safe or comfortable with cats or small dogs, we won’t place that dog in your home.
But don’t worry—we have so many amazing pups who are cat- and small-dog-friendly.

🐕 “I have multiple dogs, you won’t adopt to me.”
We will…….if the dog is happy living with multiple canine friends! Our matchmakers M2 & Lizzy make sure everyone is set up for success.

🏡 “I live in an apartment or don’t have a fence.”
A fenced yard is not a blanket requirement. Sure, a few of our dogs need one, but many thrive in apartments, RVs, or even traveling with truckers. It’s all about the dog’s personality and your lifestyle.

🎅YOUNG PUP HOPING FOR A HOME FOR CHRISTMAS🎄

Slider is a young, energetic pup who brings the sunshine wherever he goes!
This happy-go-lucky boy is always wearing a smile, and his tail?
It never stops wagging.

Slider is full of life and absolutely adores everyone he meets. Humans, kids, and fellow dogs alike, he’s incredibly dog-friendly, kid-approved, and thrives in an environment where he can be part of the fun. Whether it’s hopping in the car for a ride, splashing in the water, or chasing after his favorite toys (fetch is his jam!), Slider is always up for an adventure. He’s also great at entertaining himself with toys, which he loves with his whole heart.
This confident boy is never in a bad mood and approaches life with curiosity and joy.

He’s still working on some basic manners, but he’s smart and eager to learn and would do well in just about any home willing to continue his training and give him lots of love and playtime.

Meet Marceline or as we lovingly call her, Marcie.

She came to us with her siblings, Rue and Bow Wow, after a backyard breeder couldn’t sell them and decided they were “too big.” Not long after, their sweet mama ended up at our gates too. It’s a heartbreaking start, but Marcie hasn’t let that dim her spirit. She can be a little shy at first, but once she trusts you, you are in!

She’s full of life, always ready for her next adventure. Whether it’s long walks or racing around the yard with a big goofy grin, Marcie makes the most of every moment.
