Yes, we know… you’ve heard of her.
Breakfast.
The queen of mornings.
The style icon of senior pups.
The pup who showed up at breakfast time one morning… and just never left.

And yet… she still hasn’t been picked.

She’s been featured.
She’s been shared.
She’s been adored by everyone who’s met her.
But she’s still waiting—patiently, sweetly—for her forever home.

Now a senior gal (10 1/2 years young),
Breakfast is still full of s***k and sparkle.
She’s a goofy trickster who loves splashing in water, tossing around her favorite stuffed animals, and cruising in the car like a pro. She’s gentle and respectful with kids—and yes, she absolutely adores them.

Oh, and did we mention her fashion game? Breakfast has her own wardrobe! She’s got her jammies, her cozy sweaters, and her signature flair. After a long day of play, there’s nothing she loves more than snuggling up in a fuzzy pair of PJs.

In "honor" (insert sarcasm) of the trolls who like to slither into our comments and say hateful things, we have created this just for you!

Recently, a sweet angel of an animal rescuer took her own life because of cyberbullying. We know all too well what that feels like, and although I tend to think we have thick skin, it does fester after a while. Our lives are difficult enough and filled with heartbreak in that we do not need the extra burden of reading ignorant comments from those wankers who are too cowardly to "say it to our face." So this one's for you!

This is your official warning. ANYONE who posts a nasty and mean-spirited comment will be banned from this page. We will not waste our time responding or carrying on with a "tit for tat." We will not give you your 15 seconds of fame. Anyone in the world of animal rescue or sheltering needs all the positivity they can find.

🚨 Meet Emmeline 🚨
This tiny fighter was found on the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. It took our Good Samaritan two days to safely catch her. Just 9 weeks old, Emmeline is already a survivor—but she’s been through so much.

She came to us in rough shape:
💔 Swollen chin
💔 Road rash
💔 Bald patches
💔 And during her exam, we discovered movement under her skin using a blacklight…

Trigger Warning: Gross insect facts ahead
Emmeline had botflies—a parasite that burrows under an animal’s skin to hatch and grow. 🤢 She was rushed to the vet, where they discovered three botflies embedded in her tiny body: on her neck, under her chin, and on her shoulder. She also had a fever of 104.9.

Thankfully, after an overnight stay, the botflies have been removed, her fever has broken, and she’s now on antibiotics. The swelling is already going down and Emmeline is feeling better—but she still has a long road to recovery.

💔 We currently have 33 kittens under 18 weeks in our care—and the calls for help keep coming. We are drowning and could really use your support right now.

He is fully house trained, has had zero accidents in his foster home, and is crate trained as well. Gnocchi absolutely loves other dogs — they give him the confidence he needs to settle in, so we are requiring a home with a dog friend to help him feel safe and supported.
