Love Me Furever Dog Rescue Love Me Furever is a small rescue located in South Louisiana focusing on finding loving, forever homes for homeless dogs.

Love Me Furever is a small rescue located in Donaldsonville, La. It focuses on helping abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs in the community as well helping save dogs from euthanization at the local shelter. Dogs are taken into Love Me Furever, fully vetted, and placed into loving forever homes. The mission of this rescue is not only to help the animals, but educate the public on the importance of spay/neuter and proper pet care.

Sending out a huge “Thank you!!” to whoever sent the recent donation of supplies. There was no name included so I’m not sure who it’s from. It was garbage bags, pill pockets, dog food, and detergent. These items were an awesome surprise and much needed! ❤️ 🐾 🐾

Another cat showed up today. It seems stray cats are just everywhere lately. It’s truly heartbreaking. Many are starving and banged up. I don’t have the heart to turn them away. I have been unable to continue my dog rescue efforts every since my car accident bc of my injuries, but maybe this is another opportunity to still help animals in need. If nothing else, maybe getting a TNR program implemented in this area could help control the ever growing overpopulation.
