Tennessee Whiskers Cat Rescue will be at Kelton’s this Saturday from 12-2pm with some cutie patooties looking for their forever homes!

This Saturday, August 23rd from 12–2 PM, we’re bringing the whiskers and wonder to Kelton's Hardware & Pet in Murfreesboro for a special Cat Adoption Event!

Come meet our purrfectly adorable rescue cats—each with a story, a soul, and a whole lot of love to give.

• Sweet, snuggly cats looking for forever homes
• Info on fostering, adopting, and supporting our rescue

Make sure you spend some time with this shy sweetheart hiding out in the big tree. Star is such a precious kitty that unfortunately lost her home when her mom got sick and had to move. We’re here to help heal her heart and find her a new home.

So happy this sweet baby is doing well! ❤️🙏

✨ Our brave little FIP warrior, Hansel, is thriving! We suspected he was on the mend—his playful energy, hearty appetite, and overall zest for life were hard to miss—but today we got confirmation: his first round of post-treatment bloodwork came back fantastic!

After one month of care, his labs show he's responding beautifully. He still has two more months of treatment ahead to ensure a full recovery, but we couldn’t be more thrilled with his progress.

💛 Thank you to everyone who contributed to his care—your support is truly making a difference in Hansel’s journey!

Introverts unite! Come meet like minded cat loving people in the comfort of 20 feline friends! This will be a very lo-fi and cozy, pressure free zone. Don’t want to talk to anyone? That’s ok. Make new friends, or just pet cats! Ticket includes drinks and snacks and 90 minutes in the cat lounge. Limited spots available must be purchased in advance. Ages 18+

Welcome to Catfeine, a Cat Cafe in Murfreesboro...the heart of Middle Tennessee! What is a cat cafe? Don't worry... there are no cats in the kitchen, or purristas making your coffee! We're actually not a restaurant at all! A Cat Cafe is a cozy lounge where you can enjoy local roasted coffee and yummy baked goods in the company of adoptable cats from local shelters and rescue organizations. We act as a foster home and provide a safe haven that allows the cats to live in a clean, safe, loving environment where they can be socialized and adopted. This gets them out of cages, off the streets, and into the hearts and furever homes of great people...like you! Time can be purchased by the hour in the lounge to hang out with kitties. Our cafe vibe is laid back, cozy and relaxing; therefor we have a minimum age requirement of 7 to enter the cat lounge. We only allow up to 12 guests per hour, so if you know when you plan to visit please book online to ensure you can get in! Hope to see you soon!

Our purrpose is simple...we want to make a positive impact on the lives of cats in need, the people who need them, and the community we live in.
