Chaos in Chattanooga… But We’ve Got This! 🚗🐾✨
I just want to take a moment to be completely honest — today has been really hard. 😔💔 With the generator delays and all the back-and-forth, I’ve felt like the most unreliable groomer in the world. 😩🐾 And then, just to add to the chaos, when we were already 20 minutes away from the shop in Chattanooga, we got a call saying the generator actually wasn’t going to be ready, and we had to turn right back around. 🚗💨🔧 Ugh… so frustrating!
But I also want to remind everyone (and myself) of something important: 💛
Equipment breaking isn’t a reflection of my commitment to you or your pets. 🐶🐱💖 I care deeply about every single one of you, and that’s why I’ve been driving all over, updating constantly, and doing everything in my power to keep things moving. 📞📝💪 A truly unreliable groomer wouldn’t communicate, wouldn’t rearrange, wouldn’t try this hard. But I do — because you and your pets matter to me. 🌟🐾
Once I’m back up and running, I’m prepared to extend my hours to 9pm if that’s what it takes to make sure everyone is taken care of. 🌙🕘✨
And honestly… I cannot WAIT to be rid of generators once and for all. 😩🔧💨
