🐾💜 A Friendly Holiday Reminder from Koda’s Playhouse! 🎄🦃🐶

As we head into the busy holiday season, we wanted to share a little reminder about our hours and why we have them in place! We know life gets busy (especially around the holidays!), and we appreciate everyone helping us keep things running smoothly for our little four-legged friends! 🐾

⏰ Our Regular Hours

Monday–Friday:
🐶 Daycare Drop-Off/Pick-Up: 7 AM–12 PM & 2 PM–6 PM
🏡 Boarding Drop-Off/Pick-Up: 8 AM–11 AM & 3 PM–6 PM

Saturday & Sunday:
🐶 Daycare Drop-Off/Pick-Up: 11 AM–3 PM
🏡 Boarding Drop-Off/Pick-Up: 12 PM–2 PM

✂️ Grooming is by appointment only!

💜 Why do we have specific drop-off and pick-up windows?

Because behind the scenes, there's a whole lot more happening than just adorable dogs running around having the time of their lives! 🤣

Our team is busy managing playgroups, feeding meals, cleaning and sanitizing, providing potty breaks, giving medications, allowing for rest time, and making sure every pup gets the love and attention they deserve.

Keeping arrivals and departures within designated windows helps minimize interruptions, maintain safe playgroups, and keep our little guests on a consistent routine. Their safety, happiness, and comfort will always come first! 🥰

🎉 Special Events & Enrichments

We LOVE offering fun activities and special enrichment events, and sometimes those come with extended or different hours! Please remember that these special hours are only available to dogs participating in the scheduled event. They are not additional general drop-off or pick-up hours.

🔧 Occasional Weekend Maintenance

From time to time, we may adjust our weekend hours for scheduled facility maintenance. Keeping our Playhouse clean, safe, and in great shape is incredibly important to us! We always do our best to provide advance notice and offer alternative arrangements for boarding arrivals and departures whenever possible.

🎄🚨 IMPORTANT HOLIDAY REMINDER!

Koda's Playhouse is CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC on ALL major holidays. No exceptions.

This means no drop-offs, pick-ups, or public access on those days. Our boarding guests are still here enjoying their holiday with us and receiving all their usual love, care, meals, potty breaks, and attention! 🐶❤️

Please plan your reservations and travel arrangements accordingly, especially during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's!

We understand that everyone's schedules are different, and we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies aren't meant to make things difficult. They're in place to help us provide the safest, cleanest, happiest, and most consistent environment possible for the little dogs you trust us with.
