To my wonderful clients 🤍
I wanted to take a moment to share something from my heart and kindly ask for your grace and understanding over the next year or two. The upcoming seasons of my life are filled with many big, meaningful moments and while they are all blessings, they will also make my schedule fuller than ever.
In February, I will be away for two weeks to spend precious time with a close family member before they begin cancer treatments. My youngest brother will be graduating high school in May, a milestone I would never want to miss. My fiancé and I are also in the process of buying our first home, and we are joyfully planning our wedding for 2027.
I am incredibly grateful for the trust you place in me and I truly do my best to remain as flexible and accommodating as possible for each of you. With that said, I humbly ask for the same grace in return during this season. If an appointment ever needs to be rescheduled, it may take a bit longer than you’re used to simply because my client list is at capacity. Please know this is never from lack of care.
I also want to kindly mention that I handle all of my bookings personally without a receptionist. If I ever miss a text or call, please don’t hesitate to text again or leave a voicemail. It is very easy for someone to accidentally slip through the cracks, and it is never out of ill intent. If your dog needs an appointment or if you’d like to check whether you’re scheduled with me, please reach out as soon as possible so I can make sure you’re taken care of.
I love and cherish every single one of you and your pups, and I am beyond thankful for the kindness, patience, and understanding you continue to show me. Your support truly means more than I can put into words. Thank you for walking alongside me through this season of life.
With lots of love always,
Christian 🐾
