With the exciting news that we are expecting a baby girl in February 💕, we also have to make some changes to ensure we are doing everything we can to keep this pregnancy as safe as possible.

One of those changes is our flea policy. Until our baby girl arrives, if we find that your dog has fleas at drop-off, we will have to send them home and reschedule their appointment.

While we use natural flea products, there are some ingredients we have chosen to avoid during pregnancy as an extra precaution. We simply don’t want to take any unnecessary risks.

If you know your dog has fleas, please let us know as soon as possible. This gives us a chance to fill your appointment and get you rescheduled once the fleas have been taken care of.

If your dog arrives with fleas and we have to turn them away, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply, just as it does with a no-show.

We truly appreciate everyone’s understanding and support as we navigate all of these changes. We cannot thank you all enough! 💕🐾

We hope everyone is staying safe through all of this rain! That being said, we understand if you cannot make it here and need to reschedule. We do not want anyone getting hurt, and want to make sure you’re putting your safety first. We will do our best to get you rescheduled as soon as we can. That may be a month or longer, but we just want to make sure everyone is safe.
