🐾 Meet Alex, the newest member of the Blue Oasis team! Originally from Pennsylvania, Alex has always had a deep love for animals. Her passion for behavior and patient well-being led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, and we’re so excited to have her on board.

Alex has a special interest in working with reactive dogs and teaching cooperative care techniques that help reduce stress during vet visits. Her goal is to bridge the gap between dog training and veterinary care.

Outside the clinic, Alex enjoys hiking and training with her dog River, listening to dog behavior podcasts, and running her force-free training company, Outcast Academy. We're lucky to have such a passionate and knowledgeable addition to our team! 💙🐶

Blue Oasis Pet Hospital will be closed for all in-person veterinary services on Friday, June 27th as our team attends a continuing education conference. This helps us stay up to date on the latest in veterinary care so we can better serve you and your pets!

🔹 We will be open for medication pick-ups only (please note: no controlled substances will be dispensed).
🔹 Appointments can still be booked by phone or online as usual.
🔹 Our Urgent Care will be open Saturday the 28thth and Sunday the 29th from Noon - 10pm.

What an amazing opening weekend! Our Urgent Care services are officially up and running, and we’re so grateful for the support from our incredible community. From minor injuries to unexpected concerns, we were honored to be there for your pets when you needed us most.
