A special shout out to Moses Lake High School Key Club!! Two of their members stopped by GCAO yesterday to drop off a $500 Check! Our community never stops showing up for us and we could not be more grateful! This check is such a gracious gift that means so much to the animals we serve everyday. This check will help us further serve the animals in our care as well as the ones still needing our help. No matter the amount, EVERY donation counts! Thank you Moses Lake High School Key Club!!💙🐾

Happy National Burger Day from our shelter pups 🍔🐾

One of our amazing volunteers surprised the dogs with burgers as a special treat today! It’s definitely not an everyday thing, but safe to say they were VERY excited and enjoyed every bite.

Thank you to our volunteers for always finding little ways to make shelter life brighter for the animals in our care ❤️

Congratulations to all of our raffle basket winners from last week’s Powersport Paw-looza event! We had such an amazing time and are so grateful to everyone who came out, participated, donated, and helped support the animals at GCAO.

Your support helps us continue providing care, building our new shelter, and second chances to animals in need throughout our community. Thank you to Wolfpack Powersports and everyone who helped make this event such a success!

A huge thank you to Pawsitive Alliance and a wonderful member of ARFS - Animal Rescue Friends Society of Grant Co., Wa for their incredibly generous donation to Grant County Animal Outreach! Thanks to their kindness, we received a FULL pickup load of dog & cat food to help keep our free pet food pantry stocked for community members and their beloved pets in times of need.

Resources like our pet food pantry are vital in helping families keep their animals fed, cared for, and at home where they belong. We are beyond grateful for the support from organizations and individuals who help make programs like this possible.

Together, we are making a difference for pets and people throughout our community!🐾💙

When thinking of adoptable dogs to post, Tex is always the first to come to mind. He is a staff & volunteer favorite! We simply cannot believe he is still with us! Tex is such a sweet natured big boy with a heart overflowing with love to give. Tex is great at fetch & loves to play with a good tennis ball. He is highly food motivated & will do just about anything you ask for a treat. He does tend to pull when first put on a leash out of excitement however it does fade the more time he is on one. He is fantastic with children of all sizes & good with other canine companions once he meets them. This sweet boy has been with us for far too long & we just do not understand! Are you looking for a new adventure buddy this summer or just want somebody to enjoy the cool AC with? Come meet Tex! 🐾💙
