We're Hiring! Front Desk Customer Service Representative 🐾
Do you love dogs and people? We're looking for a mature, responsible, and dependable individual to join our dog daycare team as a Front Desk Customer Service Representative.
This role is the face of our business and requires someone who is friendly, organized, professional, and comfortable working in a busy dog daycare environment.
Responsibilities include: ✅ Greeting clients and their dogs
✅ Providing outstanding customer service
✅ Answering phones and responding to inquiries
✅ Scheduling appointments and managing reservations
✅ Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
✅ Assisting with daily operations and ensuring a welcoming environment
Requirements: 🐶 Excellent communication and customer service skills
🐶 Reliable, punctual, and dependable
🐶 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
🐶 Comfortable working around dogs of all sizes and breeds
🐶 Weekend availability is required
🐶 Must be available for possible early morning shifts
🐶 Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
