🐾!!!PET OF THE WEEK!!!🐾

This is Soul Bear. Soul Bear is a 10-year-old Lab mix with quite the history!
Soul Bear lived the first part of his life in a hoarding situation. One day he was finally rescued and now lives with his 3 wonderful rescue siblings.
Soul Bear is enjoying his retirement by spreading love and happiness wherever he goes. He is so brave for every vet appointment and overcomes hurdles like they're nothing. He loves to wander around the clinic making friends, snuggle with his mom, and steal all the treats!
Currently Soul Bear is fighting some eye issues but not only is he winning his fight he is also unfazed by it. He still loves to love and explore. His perfect personality never fails to make the team smile.
He is undeniably handsome, and patient. Soul Bear has earned a wonderful, lazy, toy and treat filled retirement.
Soul Bear you have more than earned your spot as pet of the week. And we here at Pinnacle Pet Health are wishing you the longest, laziest, happiest retirement a dog can have!

We are thrilled to introduce Dr. Annalise Cavender to our veterinary team here at Pinnacle Pet Health!

Dr. Cavender earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She went on to complete a rotating internship at Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists in Houston Texas - one of the largest and most well-respected specialty animal hospitals in the country!

Originally from West Virginia, Dr. Cavender is thrilled to be back serving the community she calls home. Known for her warm, approachable nature, she values building strong relationships with both her patients and their families. She has a particular passion for canine and feline medicine and strives to provide each pet with exceptional, compassionate care.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Cavender enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it be camping, skiing, hiking, or capturing moments through photography. She and her husband Austin love to travel and explore new places, always accompanied by their dog Copper!

Starting August 18th, 2025, Dr. Cavender will be providing outpatient appointments services, as well as performing spay and neuter surgeries for both dogs and cats, and soft tissue surgical procedures.
