This is how the culture changes. Good folks, doing the work, and training to become better examples of what it means to be a LEO and serve their community.
Physical fitness. Tactical shooting. Verbal skills. Grappling skills. (provided by Black Cat Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense)
We're proud to be a part of helping these folks keep their community and themselves safe and secure.
Great work!
Also, hi K9 Cadillac!
Today, parts of our team completed their annual fitness events before the rain came.
As part of our wellness and performance program, officers voluntarily participate in a series of fitness events once each year. Officers who successfully complete the events at or above the required standards earn an additional two vacation days annually.
We’re proud of the dedication, discipline, and commitment our officers continue to demonstrate — both on duty and in maintaining the physical readiness needed to serve our community.
