Charlie is all smiles… because he’s HOME! 💙

This sweet boy came into rescue when his previous family couldn’t give him the time and attention he deserved. But now? Charlie has landed in the most loving forever home, and we couldn’t be happier for him!

He was adopted by a wonderful repeat Grey Ghost family and now has a new best friend in his older Weim sister, Macy. With two parents who work from home, Charlie is soaking up all the attention, long daily walks, and zoomies in his beautiful backyard.

And how adorable is this brother-sister duo in their Wrapped in Love blankets? 🥹 Huge thanks to Wrapped in Love Colorado for bringing warmth and comfort to our adopted pups, your generosity means so much.

Say hello to this sweet boy, Charlie 💙

This handsome three-year-old, 75-pound Weimaraner is ready to find his person, and we know whoever adopts him will be one lucky human!

Charlie is your classic Velcro dog. He’s loyal, affectionate, and ALWAYS by your side. He’s a go-with-the-flow kind of guy who loves daily walks, playtime, and curling up on the couch for snuggles. His ideal home is an active family that can give him plenty of love, attention, and at least 2–3 miles of daily exercise. He walks beautifully on leash, plays well with other dogs, and is crate trained. He’s also wonderful with kids (just no cats, please!).

Charlie’s foster says he’s “the best boy” and we couldn’t agree more. His previous family loved him deeply, but long work hours meant he wasn’t getting the time he deserved. Now he’s looking for a home where someone is around often and ready to make him the center of their world.

These aren’t just names—they’re family. They’re reminders of how much love a dog can bring into our lives… and how deeply their loss is felt when they’re gone.

When one of our Grey Ghost families lost both of their beloved Weims—Ranger and Stella—just five months apart, the silence was overwhelming. They swore they’d never open their hearts again. Until two rescue Weims, Johnny Utah and Grace, helped them heal.

They didn’t just adopt two dogs—they were rescued right back. That’s the power of rescue.

This weekend, our hearts were full and so was our gratitude. 💙

We were honored to receive a generous grant check from in Colorado Springs! This incredible nonprofit thrift and gift shop is built on a passion for rescue, and we are beyond grateful to be one of the organizations they’ve chosen to support.

Their ongoing commitment to animal rescue makes a real difference, not just for us, but for so many dogs who need a second chance.

A huge THANK YOU to our amazing volunteers and board members who came out to show support at the event, including Tracy Heicksen, Jenny Piazza, and Pam Richmond. We are so lucky to have such a dedicated community behind us!
