Had triplet for fawns born yesterday. Mom was close by making sure they were ok. We also saw one fawn that was about two weeks old chilling in the shade on this hot day. Our fawns are growing each day and are doing great.

We had twin buck fawns born yesterday morning. We just missed watching them being born by about 20 minutes while we were out filling feeders.

More and more new faces are showing up here at Masterpiece Whitetails. We are beyond blessed with these new additions to the ranch. We will be having many more here in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for more photos thru the next few week’s.

It’s that time of the year here at Masterpiece Whitetails. New faces are starting to arrive and we couldn’t be more excited for it. In the next few week’s will be seeing more and more of these little guys.

Been busy getting in spring food plots here at Masterpiece Whitetails. We planted this plot in Alfalfa which is great for our upcoming fawns. The alfalfa is great for the lactating does after their fawns are born. In just a few short weeks we will be having many new fawn arrivals.

Ryan our Ranch Manager took a break from the busy work on the ranch and went steelhead fishing with his dad! They started at dawn and had a phenomenal time, catching several fish and enjoying every moment. Although they lost a few, the thrill of the catch and the joy of sharing the experience with his dad made it an unforgettable day. Thanks, Dad, for making today so special love you very much.

Spring turkey season is just around the corner here in Michigan. Here at Masterpiece Whitetails also offer 3 day spring and fall turkey hunts. The spring season starts April 19th and runs till May 31st. We still have some spots open for our spring/fall hunts for 2025.

The bucks here at Masterpiece Whitetails are starting to show good growth with their new antlers for this year. To help aid in that growth we put out mineral sites in various location’s thru the property.

Our bucks at Masterpiece Whitetails have pretty much dropped all their head gear. New growth is slowly starting to show and their winter coats are starting to shed. We will be posting photos thru the year showing the new antler growth. We are beyond excited for this years season.

Bring Home a Masterpiece

Located in Montrose, Michigan, we offer some of the best whitetail deer hunting in the country! Additionally, we have some of the best cover for hunting trophy Whitetails. We hunt hardwood ridges, creek bottoms and food plots. We have for your comfort enclosed muddy 10′ tower blinds and 2-man ladder stands positioned perfectly for hunting our trophy deer. We also have blinds set up for handicap hunters that have ramps and can accommodate 2-wheelchairs and a guide or cameraman.

All of our world class hunts include one on one guide service, tracking & recovering and processing your meat. We also have taxidermy available (additional cost) if you want us to make arrangements to mount your trophy buck of a lifetime.

Our hunting season runs from September 1st to March 1st and no license is required. We can comfortably accommodate one to four hunters for hunts that can be customized for durations of one to four days.
