Picture this: You’re heading to the park with your pup. The sun is shining, the leash is clipped on, and your dog can’t wait to explore. 🐾 But halfway through the walk, your pup pulls like a sled dog, ignores your “stay,” and nearly darts after a squirrel. Sound familiar?

That’s why prepping your dog for the outdoors is so important. Every dog has different needs - Huskies thrive in cooler temps, while smaller breeds might prefer shorter walks in the sun. Regular walks and games build stamina, and obedience commands like “sit,” “stay,” and “come” keep your dog safe when distractions pop up.

Don’t forget safety basics: ID tags, vaccinations, flea/tick protection, and plenty of water. A little gear, like dog boots or reflective collars, can also make adventures more comfortable and secure.
