Groceries. Rent. Gas. Bills. Everything adds up, and for a lot of people, there’s barely anything left over.

And somewhere between keeping up with everyday expenses and making ends meet, dog training gets pushed further down the list.

Not because people don’t care or don’t want help, but because sometimes the money just isn’t there.

At Curbed Behaviors, we’ve always believed professional dog training shouldn’t feel out of reach. But believing that isn’t enough.

We can’t control the cost of living. But we can control how we respond to it.

So we’ve been developing new ways to offer training, with options that better reflect the realities dog owners are facing today.

And we can’t wait to share them with you. 🐾

With Walk & Train, our trainer comes to you and works with your dog right in your neighborhood, giving them structured exercise, real-life training, and more consistency throughout the week.

Need a walk here and there? A few days a week? Daily walks? You choose what works for your dog and your routine, and we handle the rest.

Walk & Train gives your dog dedicated one-on-one time with a trainer to get moving, practice their skills, and work through real-world distractions along the way.

Whether your dog needs a little extra practice or you want consistent training built into their routine, we can tailor each session to what they need.

Houston, we’ve been waiting to share this one. 💛

The H.E.A.R.T. Project by Curbed Behaviors is officially teaming up with Houston Humane Society , with support from our nutrition partner, Pawfect Pawtions | Real Food for Real Pets

Together, we’re starting by bringing our community a little closer to the dogs who need it.

Introducing the H.E.A.R.T. × HHS Community Pack Walks, with Pawfect Pawtions as part of the pack.

Beginning September 8, 15 participants will have the opportunity to each walk an adoptable HHS shelter dog during a trainer-led pack walk at Houston Humane Society. Pawfect Pawtions will also be there to support the event and help us celebrate the important role nutrition plays in the health and well-being of dogs.

These walks are about more than getting steps in. They’re an opportunity to provide meaningful enrichment for adoptable dogs, give our community hands-on education, introduce more people to the incredible dogs, people and work happening at HHS, and connect participants with resources from Pawfect Pawtions.

We’re lucky to spend our days helping dogs and their people understand each other a little better and build lives that work for both of them.
