Meet Eddie — the quintessential orange kitten! 🧡
He’s one part purr monster, another part king of the zoomies. At just 1.5 pounds and 6 weeks old, this tiny tiger is full of personality and wants to be your new furry family member!

Eddie loves kids, cats, and dogs, and would thrive in a home with friends to play with. He’s courageous, bold, and living his best kitten life — eat, play, sleep, repeat!

His Adoption fee: $250 (covers his kitten vaccines until 16 weeks and his neuter)

He’ll go home with his first vaccine, a kitten kit with food, and prevention.

Team member spotlight! Keri, our newest receptionist!

When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my 4 year old daughter or relaxing with a paintbrush in hand. Growing up on a farm sparked my lifelong love for animals, which led me into veterinary medicine. Over the past two years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant and now a receptionist, where I still get to be part of helping animals and their families every day. At home, I share my space with my 7-year-old cat, Kahlaki, who keeps life interesting.

Melody began working at Monroe Animal Care Hospital in 2024, bringing over five years of experience in the veterinary field. She also proudly served in the Army for eight years as an ammunition specialist. She has developed a deep passion for caring for animals of all shapes and sizes. Her love extends beyond her work - at home she is the proud parent of playful pups, Rex and Terra, and three lively cats: Mari, Ember, and Moxie. Melody believes in providing compassionate, dedicated care to every animal by ensuring each patient receives the attention and treatment they deserve.
