Happy Saved Sunday from Tobi Bear! Tobi Bear is a TRU Rescue cutie who came to us to check a mass on his shoulder. Luckily, it was just a ruptured cyst. Quincy is pet of the week because his vocals put Ariana Grande to shame! Quincy's mom brought him in to have his bloodwork checked and when he showed signs of anemia, we wanted to look into things further. An ultrasound revealed a splenic mass. Quincy's mom knew the best thing for him was to remove that spleen before it caused any major issues for him. Quincy was not the biggest fan of staying with us at the hospital for his surgery, and he made sure we knew it! This boy is sweet as pie, but sure can sing the song of his people and never seems to get out of breath! He may have given the MCAH Inn one star for his stay, but he gets five stars for cuteness anyway! Wishing Quincy a speedy recovery!

Happy Two for Tuesday from Pumba and Timon! We sifted through all of our posts so we could find their first picture from two years ago! They've grown quite a bit but are still show stoppers!

Dr. Fox and Dr. Morsberger were both ecstatic to be able to give their dogs Bravecto Quantum, the flea and tick preventative that lasts for an entire year! Dr. Fox is the first to admit he struggles to remember to give the oral preventatives to Cooper and Ozro, and Dr. Morsberger's baby, Ember, will not eat the chews no matter how hard she tries to hide it in delicious treats! The vets at MCAH are the perfect candidates for this new medication!

Big news everyone! Bravecto Quantum is now available! What is Bravecto Quantum you might ask? Well, it's an injectable flea and tick preventative that lasts for one year! Dr. Fox admittedly is not the greatest at remembering to give the oral preventatives on time, so he was super excited to give it to his dogs as soon as he could! We see a lot of tick borne diseases in our area and we are so excited to be able to offer a long lasting flea and tick preventative to our patients!

Happy Saved Saturday from Foxy aka Bella! TRU Rescue knew she needed some TLC and brought her right to us! Poor Foxy had some serious skin issues going on! She was itchy, red, and we'll be honest a little stinky. Dr. Morsberger gave her an antibiotic injection, Cytopoint to help with the itchiness, and medicated shampoo to help clear up her skin. Two weeks later and Foxy is looking much better already! We're so glad Tru Rescue took her to us so we can get her the care she needs!
