For one night only, Chef Stef, a Culinary Institute of America-trained, award-winning local chef, will present a seasonal five-course menu inspired by the flavors of our fall apple and pumpkin harvest.

Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a beverage selected to complement the food, featuring local ingredients and Hudson Valley craft beverages.

But we’ll be back at it Saturday morning, ready for a beautiful fall weekend at Hurds Family Farm! 🍁
