Harvesting homegrown rhubarb to make a compote for the last drink on the menu at our Apple Blossom Chef Tasting Dinner this Saturday. Each course prepared with local ingredients and introduced by the CIA Chef. Learn about and taste local Moonshine and Wine from their creators. This is a unique dining experience in our historic barn that you do not want to miss!
