Abbey masterfully masquerades as a schnauzer, a recent genetic test revealed her to be 51% Yorkshire terrier, 18% Border Collie, 18% German Shepherd, and 13% super mutt! Her schnauzer costume is a great conversation starter – no one will ever guess the true identity of your shiny black beauty!

She is 3-1/2 years old, 17 pounds, spayed, totally house-broken, and completely up to date on all her vaccinations. She has a beautiful smile and the pearliest white teeth. Plus, she barely sheds.

She would do best in a home with a fenced-in yard. Abbey likes to roam and come back in to chill on the couch. She does not care for walks and is a very easy going girl who prefers a quieter home. She does very well with older respectful children (ages 10 and up) and adults. Cats are her friends but she is afraid of other dogs.

Abbey Rose is a treasure waiting to be collected. Will your family be the lucky one?

Kumi cannot handle kennel life anymore; she spends her days crying at the door, desperate to find her human and get out of her concrete run. A dog this proud, loyal, and deeply intelligent cannot continue to deteriorate in a stressful shelter environment. Despite her current heartbreak, Kumi remains an absolute dream on walks, displaying excellent leash manners and moving with focused control by your side. She has flawless house manners, is fully housetrained, and is ready for a seamless transition into a home. Kumi comes fully vetted with a comprehensive medical package including her spay, microchip, vaccinations, and all current preventatives. She has a strong, independent personality and must be the absolute center of your universe as the only dog in the household. Please help us save her before she shuts down completely.

‼️WE ARE ASKING FOR MAXIMUM SHARES FOR OUR SPECIAL BOY

Handsome ‘Ed’ is the perfect depiction of the Toad Prince fairytale.

Thanks to a lot of patience and help from Yadkin Co. Animal Services, this almost hairless pet transformed into a handsome black and white 50 lbs. fellow that he is today. Yadkin and their veterinary team did an excellent job helping this eight year old along his journey at a time when many shelters give up immediately on medically neglected pets.

Today, this previously unrecognizable pet is just amazing. Happy to be out and about, Ed has a great attitude and craves being with his human. We are proud to be a part of Ed’s journey and are happy that, after his medical physical, he is healthy and can be adopted.

Ed is ready for the last step of his journey and still needs a caring, loving family to write the ‘happy ever after’ part of his story. This sweetheart walks gently on a leash, rides easily and is fine around the seven + dogs to whom he’s been introduced. He eats hungrily, has a great appetite is fine indoors and is house trained. Ed’s skin and coat have come a long way and his tail hair is coming along nicely albeit more slowly. Ed is believed to be an Australian Cattle Dog/Retriever mix.
